Welcome to Madden NFL 26 Mobile Football (the “Game”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Game, including all related websites, launchers, forums, in-game chat, and other features or services (collectively, the “Services”). By installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

7. User-Generated Content (UGC)

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you create, share, or post, including names, messages, and custom designs.
• License: By submitting UGC, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, modify, distribute, and display your content within the Game and Services.
• Moderation: We may review, remove, or disable any UGC that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
• No Confidentiality: UGC is not confidential. Do not submit information you wish to keep private.

8. Ranked Play, Events, and Fairness

• Ranked matches, tournaments, and special events may have additional rules that apply for their duration.
• We may reset rankings, adjust rewards, or take corrective action to preserve competitive integrity.

9. Updates and Maintenance

We may release patches, updates, and balance adjustments to improve or maintain the Services. Some updates may be required for continued access.

10. Availability

The Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time for technical, operational, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability of any specific feature or content.

11. Streaming and Community Content

• Allowed: Non-commercial streaming, screenshots, and fan art are generally permitted if compliant with these Terms.
• Restrictions: Do not distribute leaked or data-mined content.
• Revocation: We may revoke permissions at any time.

12. Naming Rules

• Character, guild, or team names must be respectful, accurate, and non-infringing.
• We may rename or remove names that violate these standards and release names from inactive accounts.

13. Feedback

14. Third-Party Services

15. Security
